What to expect on the retreat?

- Experiences and relaxation: Catamaran trip on the lagoon, Ayurvedic massage, and unlimited access to the pool and private beach.
- BONUS: Three months before departure, you will receive access to online hormone yoga courses to prepare from the comfort of your own home.

Accommodation and food
- Accommodation: 10 nights in stylish villas and bungalows (2-4 beds) at the oceanfront Sleeping Elephant Resort.
- Meals: Half board is included in the price, consisting of delicious vegetarian, vegan, and Ayurvedic dishes made from fresh local ingredients.
