Cleansing stay with yoga in Sri Lanka

Date: 3 – 13 January 2024 (10 nights at the resort, 12 days total including travel)
Location: Sleeping Elephant Beach Resort, Tangalle, Sri Lanka
Capacity: Maximum 18 people
Price: €1,400 for 10 days full board

Resort:

• New resort right on the beach, opening in 2022.
• Garden, swimming pool, restaurant, bar and yoga facilities.
• 2-4 bed rooms with private bathroom and spacious terrace overlooking the garden.

Included in the price:

• Accommodation in 2, 3 and 4 bed rooms
• Full board (Ayurvedic diet)
• 2 yoga classes daily
• Lectures, Nordic walking lessons and autogenic training
• 1x optional trip and 1x massage (additional massages can be purchased on site)
• Transfers from/to Colombo Airport

Not included:

• Airfare and travel insurance

Program:

• Detoxification of the body through exercise, cleansing techniques and a healthy diet.
• Restarting metabolism and cleansing processes after the Christmas period.

Lecturers:

• MUDr. Alica Anna Szabó – functional medicine, holistic and psychosomatic approach, hormonal balance, gut microbiome health.
• Ing. Olga Uková – yoga lecturer, specializing in power yoga, health yoga, relaxation and meditation.

Payment terms:

• After binding registration, participants will receive a reservation contract.
• A deposit of 50% of the price of the stay is due within 14 days of signing the contract.
