Accept our invitation to exotic Sri Lanka and experience an intensive experiential seminar with Dejvice Theatre actress Zdeňka Žádníkova-Volencová and emotional intelligence lecturer Jitka Ševčíková. You will learn practical techniques and tips on how to communicate and manage emotions more effectively.
The seminar program includes:
- Communication skills: How to speak so that others listen and respect you.
- Communication in relationships: Partner rules, setting boundaries and maintaining playfulness.
- Managing emotions and finding energy: Techniques for better managing emotions, maintaining energy and self-confidence.
Included:
- Airfare Vienna (Prague) – Colombo and return
- Transfer from and to the airport
- 10 nights accommodation, half board (breakfast, dinner)
- Massage (60 minutes)
- 6 x 2-hour workshop
- Excursions: full day to Ella, half day to Udawalawe National Park
