Under the guidance of experienced lecturers, Jitka Ševčíková and Olga Šejvlová, you will discover key techniques to balance body and mind.
The seminar programme includes:
- Body and Breath Awareness: Techniques of myofascial relaxation and breath work.
- Tissue Release: Pelvic, chest and hip movement for back and neck relief.
- Spine and abdomen: Straightening of the spine for proper abdominal function.
- Functional foot and fulcrum: Effect of correct posture on psychological well-being.
- Emotional intelligence: Emotions as a compass for life, healthy communication and prevention of manipulation.
- Preventing burnout: Techniques for maintaining energy, healthy sleep and psychohygiene.
